Shipping to all countries with DHL courier on business days. The parcel tracking number will be notified by email on the day of the shipment or later on the following day and can be checked on the courier site. If a Customer wishes to dispatch a parcel outside the European Union, he / she must consider that customs costs may be added to the delivery.

Free shipping in Italy.
Free shipping to the rest of the world for orders over Euro 150.

Returns, refunds and exchange rates

To correctly exercise the right of withdrawal, you must forward the return request by e-mail to Customer Service: customer@numiostore.com, which will be followed by an answer of any confirmation of numiostore.com.

It is possible to communicate and make the return within 14 days of receipt of the goods. At the end of the integrity checks of the returned items, the customer will be refunded according to the general sales conditions. The customer can make changes of products without the support of any additional expense, except for the return, no later than the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal.
The free exchange is however only permitted for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available, and only once for each order.

In case of multiple returns (deriving from different orders), the Customer has the obligation to make the items divided by order, in the different original packaging.

The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.

Every returns outside EU needs to pay taxes and duties in Italy.
